Reflection question: My study notes for this Psalm state, "This prayer for help may originally have been offered in the Temple by someone who had been falsely accused." Which verse speaks to you today?
Part of verse 3 caught my attention, "I have resolved that my mouth will not sin." That says to me that it is a choice that I make that I will not give voice to swearing and taking God's name in vein. Also verse 14, "You still the hunger of those you cherish". I know when I have been concerned about finances that if I give to God first, I always come out OK. God loves us.
