At first I was trying to understand this Psalm. Verse 1,"I have led a blameless life," How can anyone say they are blameless? But my study bible says that David is talking about "a claim of moral integrity, not sinless perfection". I guess that sort of makes more sense. So when would this Psalm be helpful? Maybe just to let us know that when we are feeling picked on and that God hasn't been on our side that we are not alone. The Psalm writer had those same feelings.
